Three has begun rolling out a new Wi-Fi calling service to its customers, only if they have a compatible smartphone. Finally, three has enabled baked-in Wi-Fi calling on iPhone. If you have an Apple iPhone and are on the Three network, if you’ve Wi-Fi connection you’ll be able to make and receive calls and texts from anywhere, without the need for the company’s separate InTouch app.
The Wi-Fi calling service is compatible with any iPhone launched since 2014, so that means the WiFi calling iPhone 5C, WiFi calling iPhone 5S, WiFi calling iPhone 6, iPhone 6s WiFi calling, iPhone SE and iPhone 7, and obviously includes any “Plus” models of this listed devices.
To activate Three Wi-Fi Calling on iPhone, you need to make sure you have the latest software. That means ensuring you’re running iOS 10.2. For that follow the below instructions:

- Go to Settings > General > Software Update
- Download and install any software update that shows up, if none, proceed to the next step.
