Grand Theft Auto 4 now backward compatible on Xbox One
Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA 4) is an open world action-adventure third person shooter video game.GTA 4 was released on 29 April 2008 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles and on 2 December 2008 on Microsoft Windows. Now, GTA 4 is the latest classic Xbox 360 to become backward compatible with Xbox One. Well, Grand Theft Auto 4 is now playable on latest hardware.
Both Grand Theft Auto 4 and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, which contains its two expansion packs, are now playable on Xbox One. That packs of Grand Theft Auto includes all versions of the main game, including the Complete Edition. Those who owners of the original Xbox 360 disk can use those, or they can purchase digital copies from the Xbox Live market.
Digitally the game is available for $20 in the US and Rs. 1,210 in India. The download Size of the GTA 4 is 6.51GB on the Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Grand Theft Auto 4 joins Grand Theft Auto 5 as one of the mainline entries in the long running series available on Xbox One. Both series are among the most widely beloved titles, with GTA 5 in particular continuing to perform well at trade.
In a recent earnings call, Take Two Interactive- the parent company of Rockstar Games, which develops the Grand Theft Auto series – announced that it had shipped more than 75 million copies of Grand Theft Auto 5. That puts it high with the list of gaming’s all-time biggest sellers.
GTA 4 was also a massive seller even in the middle of argument because it’s violent content and use of alcohol. The base game alone has sold more than 25 million copies.
