PlayStation Plus Games: Sony Interactive Entertainment officially announces the schedule of free PlayStation games available for PlayStation Plus subscribers during the month of February 2017. Now that the first month of the new year has come to a close, those who are signed up for Sony’s paid PlayStation Plus subscription service don’t have much longer to pick up the free PlayStation games offered for January 2017, like the this month’s batch of titles have now been discovered.
As announced on the PlayStation Blog, there are Five PS4 games up for grabs, including LittleBigPlanet 3, Not a Hero, Starwhal: Just the Tip, Ninja Senki DX, and TorqueL. You can see the full lineup below.
During cross-buy Starwhal: Just the Tip, Ninja Senki DX, and TorqueL are available on PlayStation 4.
February’s PlayStation Plus games should arrive when the PlayStation Store updates for the first time in February. Next Tuesday. February 7.
The Starting on Next Tuesday, February 7, those who are member of this Service of Free PlayStation Plus Games will be able to download Sump Digital’s creation-focused co-op adventure LittleBigPlanet 3, in addition to Roll7’s Pixelated shooter Not a Hero completely free of charge.
Directly, Sony announced this particular disclosure on its official blog, with the Sony also using its post to confirm the three other titles joining LittleBigPlanet 3 and Not a Hero for free PlayStation Plus Games for February on PS4. For those who are unaware of the two major featured titles’ releases, even if LittleBigPlanet 3 launched back in 2014, while Not a Hero came out in 2015on Android and PC, and was released on PS4 and Xbox One last year.
Obviously, PlayStation 4 fans won’t be the only ones getting free this month, with PS3 owners able to grab the Extended Edition of Dreampainters Software’s Anna and Starwhal, and with Ninja Senki DX and TorqueL being available for PlayStation Vita.
For the sake of absolute clarity, it must be talked about again that only those who are using the PlayStation Plus subscription service with an active membership will be given access to the free content for February. As of now PlayStation Plus 12 month membership will set fans back $59.99, while three-month plans cost $24.99. There must be fans out there looking to go the monthly route for PlayStation Plus, Sony Charges $9.99 per month.
This month’s selections of free PlayStation Plus games contain some pretty solid choices for members of the service.
Review for LittleBigPlanet 3 honored the game for its impressive visuals and dedication to the grant formula, and we came to the conclusion that Roll7’s Not a Hero “offers a fantastic, solution and vibrant indie challenge full of bizarre humor.” Bearing all of this in mind, it would be hard to get upset at receiving a swing of free games in the first place.
