Apple posted its Black Friday web page on Tuesday, teasing the upcoming, Shopping-centric holiday which says the company would hold a sale Nov. 25. The page, which doesn’t reveal much, invites clients to visit the website again Friday and check out offers on various items.
Apple’s decision to host a Black Friday event is significant because the company last year had prominently refused to participate in the holiday shopping frenzy –a move that signalled that the retailer didn’t really need the entry of sales that the event brings.
Apple is keeping mum about correctly what’s going on sale, and how much you stand to save until the sale being this Friday, November 25. We’ll have a Listing of other stores’ Black Friday offers on Thursday, and follow up with Apple’s own sale on Friday.
