Samsung is rumored to launch its Tizen-powered Z2 smartphone in the coming weeks. We’ve heard quite a lot about the handset over the past few weeks.
Recently, some specifications of the alleged Samsung Z2 made its way on to the internet revealing what we can expect from the handset when it gets official.
The handset is rumored to feature a 3.97-inch 800×480 pixel resolution LCD display with the processing handled by a 1.5GHz processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage. The handset is said to come with a 5MP camera for photos and videos, VGA front-facing camera as well as a 1,500 mAh battery to make sure there’s enough juice for the handset. Other leaked features include LTE, features, GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
The report continues to mentioned that it will initially launch in August in Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Nigeria, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Turkey, South Africa, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates carrying a $70 price tag. So it’s not anything high end but just a budget-friendly offering from the Korean company.
