Samsung is recently developing a Gear VR Remote Controller app for Smartwatches. For a few years now the Samsung Gear VR headset has been on the market, and recently debuted an updated version for the Galaxy Note 7.
The Company said that the app won’t be coming to non-Samsung devices but is instead exclusively designed for the Tizen OS-Powered Samsung Gear S2 and Gear S3, as new control mechanisms for their virtual reality headset, the Samsung Gear VR.
