The western action-adventure video game, Red Dead Redemption 2, has got no recent news at E3 recently. There has been no official announcement about its version 2. It was earlier speculated by fans that there will be some breaking news about Red Dead Redemption 2 at E3 2016 but it was ultimately a no show at the event.
However, the game developer, Rockstar San Diego, is about to make a reveal on some new projects soon. This means that there can be something coming up shortly about the much awaited open world environment.
According to Game Rant, the latest reports state that the Red Dead Redemption 2 can have dual protagonists, which seems to be quite different from previous games. However, there has been no confirmation on the same, and there is very little known about the game details as of now.
If there are dual protagonists, players will be able to switch like the game developer company has already done in the immensely popular Grand Theft Auto 5.
The studio has confirmed that they are working on another gaming blockbuster. But it has refrained to mentioned any name of the game. Is it Red Dead Redemption 2 orGrand Theft Auto 6?
Red Dead Redemption first came out in 2010 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms. The action-packed video game was acclaimed by players for its interface. It went on winning a number of accolades for being the most popular game. Also, it is considered one of the greatest video games of all time.
Fans are again expecting some major announcement to happen at the next and upcoming event Gamescom 2016. Although, in any case, the chances of Red Dead Redemption 2 coming out any sooner is slim, as the next Rockstar game is not due out until April 2017.
The game is likely to be developed for gaming consoles including Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and the PC.
