November is here, and more stores have announced their Black Friday hours! Although a few smaller stores announced that they’d be closed on Thanksgiving, the three long-lasting of the season-Best Buy, Wal-Mart, and Target-don’t have time for such trouble.
Black Friday is right around the corner, and while we’re hinder advocates for shopping online, there are some deals that will be in-store only. And if you’re hunting for one such door buster, it’s fundamental to know when stores will open.
While stores like REI, BJ’S wholesale Club, and Staples can get some press mileage and goodwill from consumers for crowing about being closed on Thanksgiving, the Big Three don’t need that press. Plus, Stores like Wal-Mart maintain to claim that the Thanksgiving hours have proven to be popular with shoppers, so it’s improbable that they’ll stop this year.
